Education
I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University and completed my predoctoral residency at Denver Health Medical Center and an advanced postdoctoral fellowship in OCD and other anxiety disorders.
Experience
My experience is diverse, ranging from neuropsychology training at Stanford, couples therapy at the Gottman Institute, and working in integrated healthcare, trauma recovery in a county jail, and consulting for a biotech startup, all leading to a specialization in anxiety and couples therapy.
Approach
My therapy approach is grounded in evidence-based, data-driven methods delivered with unwavering compassion. I strongly believe that taking care of ourselves is the most important, authentic, powerful, and rebellious action we can take.
