My story
My personal background is a blend of diverse influences—from a large blended family where spirituality and intuition met data-driven logic. This upbringing shaped my ability to approach challenges from a multifaceted and multicultural perspective.
Throughout my career, I’ve guided individuals and couples through various challenges in various clinical settings, including medical, speciality outpatient, and community mental health. At the core of my practice is creating a safe, welcoming, judgment-free space for exploring sensitive issues.
A few pivotal experiences were at transitional homeless shelter network and the Denver county jail. These roles deepened my understanding of cultural competency and the importance of respecting each individual's unique story.
In my practice, I prioritize strong therapeutic relationships. I utilize my expertise in data-driven science alongside empathy and purpose to help clients rewrite their life narratives, foster self-awareness, and uncover their inherent strengths.
Establishing my private practice reflects my lifelong themes of empowerment, acceptance, self-compassion, and the union of logic and heart. Here, I rely on evidence-based practices to drive effective treatment and personal growth.
In this space, I serve as your co-pilot on the journey to self-discovery, embracing your unique narrative while fostering self-compassion.
Enough about me, I am eager to hear your story!
